Problem: A single keyword had to fan out across movie, series, live-channel, network, and people endpoints and come back as one ordered list a viewer could steer with a remote.

Technical work: Built the search experience in LightningJS on a WebGL canvas: explicit focus management across keyboard, query, and results regions, per-stream staleness checks for out-of-order responses, and texture retention tuned for low-end TV hardware.

Outcome: A client-side ranking policy and a 400ms ordering lock that keep the result list stable under the highlight while late endpoints still contribute.
